If you haven’t already had a trip to Westfield shopping centre London, there’s no better time to indulge of a bit of retail therapy than this week…
From March 18th until 20th, Westfield – in partnership with leading fash mag Sunday Times Style – will be hosting ‘The Greatest Fashion Show on Earth…’ not one to blow their own trumpets or anything!
The 3 day event kicks off on Thursday with a star-studded VIP night, in collaboration with the British Fashion Council, supporting Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief campaign.
The greatest event on earth has to be hosted by some big names, naturally! One of which will be British fashion icon and supermodel Erin O’Connor who will open the event.
The VIP evening will start with a champagne reception, spectacular fashion show and end in, yes you’ve guessed it, a charity auction! There’s even hear-say that a celebrity model may be strutting their stuff down the runway…
The finale will be 2 of the BFC Vogue Designer Fashion Fund short-listers, my money’s on Cheryl Cole’s fave designers Christopher Kane and Nicholas Kirkwood who she frequently stepped out in on X Factor 2009.
What’s more, Angel Jackson (Luxury British leather and snakeskin accessories label) will be creating a limited edition Fashion for Relief bag which will be sold at Westfield throughout the three day event.
All in all this is a not to be missed fashion event every discerning fashionista should note in their diaries…
