TOP TIPS ON BUYING FROM CELEBRITY EBAY STORES...

Since here at LWS we can’t get enough of celebs and there online auction stores, we thought we’d give you a few pointers for buying from celebrity eBay stores…because we're kind like that!

We’re probably not wrong in assuming that your fave fashion icon is a much loved celeb, so when they attend all these fancy red carpet events in their designer frocks (which are more than likely not worn again) where do they end up?

The answer is simple… on eBay!

More and more celebs are joining this latest craze, including Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian, Oprah and Katie Price plus many more…they’re selling everything from their clothes to their cars!

It’s a great opportunity to get authentic designer items at a bargainista price, so here are your tips to finding your way around the celeb eBay world…

1. Does your fave celeb have an eBay store? Hollywood’s hottest, including Britney and Paris Hilton, have sold their personal items on eBay so do some research and find out if your much-loved star is a seller. Try searching their name and see what you find…

2. At the best of times eBay can cause fierce bidding wars especially if it’s for a celeb goody! So, if you’re interested, set yourself a limit and stick to it as A-list lots can easily go into the hundreds!

3. Celebrities often donate a percentage of their proceeds to their fave charity so I’d recommend doing some research to find out which charity your celeb is donating to. Not only will you be bagging yourself a pre celeb owned treat, your also be helping a good cause.

4. Celebs usually hire a company to post their items (we can’t image Paris Hilton rummaging through her wardrobe and sitting at her pink laptop listing the items!) so if you have a question about an item being auctioned, don’t get your hopes up for a personal A-list response.

5. Make sure you ask questions about payment, shipping, insurance etc. On most occasions the lot will include pics of the celeb wearing the item to give you an idea or fit and style.

I think you’ll now be fully equipped to get shopping for your fave celebs clothes on eBay. Imagine owning an exclusive, one of a kind piece straight from an A-listers wardrobe…
