Fashion has come to rescue once again, quite literally this time.
If you were left drooling over the designer frocks paraded at the Golden Globe Awards then you’ll be pleased to hear that these outfits will serve as more than just a showy example of how fabulous your bank balance (and stylist) is…
Meryl Streep and Olivia Wilde are reportedly among the celebs who will auction their to-die-for gowns in order to raise money for the Haiti earthquake survivors.
Speaking to Extra, Wilde said: "It's my way of turning all this fashion madness into something positive."
Others stars also donating their glad rags include Josh Brolin, Amy Pohler and hunky Gerard Butler, we wouldn’t mind getting our mitts on his suit!
Brace yourself as these clothes will be auctioned to the public; yes us, through ‘Artists For Peace And Justice’ with 100% of the proceeds going direct to the Haitian community!
The auction is scheduled to start this week through eBay, so get your index finger poised!
